Get Beaded's Responsibility to you

If the product you buy from Get Beaded is faulty, unfit for purpose or does not match the sample or description we will offer you a repair, exchange or refund. Get Beaded will not be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

When you return a product, we ask you to please also return all instruction manuals and accessories.

Keep Your Receipt

• It’s always easier to provide a repair, exchange or refund if you have a receipt

Without a receipt

• If you do not have a receipt, identification showing your name, address and signature will be required
• Refunds may be by cheque mailed to your home address within 10 working days
